    Good for the price
    Review by Christopher on 17/08/2017
. It is a decent taste. I am drinking it too early. I found it brewed without a bad egg smell which it seems can occur when making lager. i couldn't help but compare it to Youngs Harvest Pilsner Lager which I brewed recently. I prefer the Pilsner. It has more body, is stronger and a better taste. My personal view of course. Well I'm drinking it early as I said and continue to drink it even as I type right now :-). So, it is very drinkable!

    good lager for the price
    Review by mickthetrickon 09/07/2013
i made this kit to the instructions and left if to ferment out for two weeks. now this was made for the wife and family as i'm a beer drinker. hot weekend on barbie on... family and neighbors also i offered a try of this. it went down a storm. i even had half a dozen pints myself. served really chilled and its a very nice easy drinking lager. knocks spots of any of the cheap cans that gets put on offer at the supper markets. my advise it to buy and try. if done correctly it makes a nice drink indeed

    Review by Yorickon 11/02/2013
I got this kit with the brewbuddy. Made it with 500g of hopped spraymalt.Left it in the primary fermenter for two weeks and bottled with 0.75 tsp of brewing sugar per pint. Left it for about 1-2 weeks and it really improved over time! A very nice pint indeed!

    great budget kit
    Review by stephenon 12/11/2012
Good kit for the price, made plenty of these kits and its got a good enough taste and fizz. I usually use normal sugar with this kit and get a nice drinkable pint. If you like your beer a bit stronger then the harvest pilsner kitis definitely worth trying, its similar in taste but a bit stronger, about 5.2% whilst the lager is about 4.2%. Both worth the price anyway. Can't complaint .

    Review by Will Brewon 25/08/2012
My son seen this in tesco and got me the brew buddywhen I started the brew in the FV I thought it was bitter by the look and colour of it I added coopers brew enhancer 2 in stead of sugar and a hop additive and i bulk primmed the brew with brew sugar and bottled it a week later tried two week on and it was flat I though this is going and for got about it 3 week on I tried it again the larger was clear as a bell open it full of flavour better fizz I had one a evening and it gets better as time goes on open one tonight and it's got full fizz this time . I will be brewing this again less the brewing sugar and going to try candy sugar for flavour and a saaz hops tea . 5 stars cheap and a good brew

not a bad lager, very easy to drink, worth the money and better than tennents. I brewed it with ordinary sugar, havn't tried it with dry malt extract, overall not bad at all.

not bad for the price. Lacks flavour but its more than alright, especially at 20p/pint. drinkable and cheap.
