    Superb yeast
    Review by Tomon 23/01/2017
Really good yeast for hoppy beers, did a session IPA with a New England style twist with this and it came out superb. Really compliments high alpha acid hops like Galaxy, Equinox etc well with a soft palate, and slightly fruity sweet finish to the brew. High flocculation too so good one to try bio transformation dry hopping with as well. Highly recommended.

If I had a house, and had a house strain then this would be it
    Review by Daniel (@rlemkin)on 05/07/2016
Versatile : So far I've used this yeast for an American Blonde, Session IPA, IPA, Mild and a Stout. It's performed well for all these beers. It definitely accentuates the malt and has some light fruity esters that are subtle enough to not intrude too greatly.

Clarity - It drops bright and compacts well *provided* you do not dry hop heavily or dry hop while fermentation is finishing; if you do this then it will most likely never flocculate out, but this doesn't bother me in the slightest

OMG JUICE BOMB - This yeast is also rumoured to be similar to what several breweries in the North East of the US use for their hazy, fruity (insert acronyms here, but if you say juicy I'll hit you!) hoppy beers. I cannot attest to that, but it certainly works well for highly hopped beers too.

Summary: It's a good yeast. If I had a house, and had a house strain then this would be it

    Milk Stout
    Review by Mikeon 12/01/2016
Used this yeast for the first ever batch of milk stout, never bothered with a starter . The final FG was not far off and the end result was amazing, especially after about 3 months. After learning to make yeast starters, I will buy another pack of this and try it out in several different styles. It definitely has a soft fruity character to it, and it would compliment most styles of Ale. Still trying to perfect a recipe for Otter Head, I think this could be a good yeast to try it out with.

    Short fermentation time
    Review by Grahamon 05/01/2012
Tried this yeast for a strong Yourkshire ale, with a starting sg of 1058. Reached the racking sg of 1011 in 4 days - briliant, just smack it hard, leave it for 1-2 hours, and throw it in. Goodby dried yeast, welcome happy brewing.

    Amazing taste difference
    Review by Dave Don 26/03/2010
Tried one of these as I'd heard that they give a really good depth of flavour. They are really easy to use, just as easy as a dried yeast, just smack the pack to break the nutrient pack, leave to swell for a couple of hours and pitch.

There is definately a huge difference in flavour and the range is amazing. I'm not going back to dried yeasts, its liquid all the way for me now.
