    One of my new favorites
    Review by Jeffon 15/07/2016
I have made two 23L batches with WLP072 now and it is really quite nice and accentuates the malt characteristics. I would say the yeast is closer to a medium than a high flocculation, will be cold crashing the next batch I run with this yeast just to clear it up a touch more. Fermented at 19C and attenuation was good, taking a 1.063 to 1.010 in five days giving an apparent attenuation of 84.1%.
