Has produced Excellent Beers for me so far
    Review by Roystonon 23/10/2017
Used to brew IPAs with OGs of 1.055 and 1.070 and both have been very nice beers. Have used to make a 2l starter from 1 packet and have pitched 2 packets directly. Overall both fermentations have gone well after 2 weeks in primary at 18C and racked to secondary. The krausen was 5 inches in a 5 gallon batch from the starter and I needed a blow off for the 6 gallon batch at 1.070 OG, since it was very active after 30 hours. Arrived with a cool pack which kept the packets cool long enough before I put them in the fridge.

    Excellent ESB Yeast
    Review by moorsdon 18/09/2013
Used this for a Fullers ESB clone when WLP002 was out of stock. I was really impressed with this yeasts ability to ferment quickly, cleanly and it cleared really well. The flavour profile is excellent and compliments ESB style beers very well. I like a slightly drier finish to my beers so this is now my "Go to" yeast!
