All in one vessel, compact, professional brewing system from Speidel - Germany.

The Braumeister has been developed especially for the active home brewer or microbrewer. It has never been so simple to brew great beer from raw ingredients. What makes the main difference is the malt no longer needs to be washed out (sparged) through an agitator into a seperate mash tun and boiler but by a constant gentle re-circulating pump treatment of the wort, it sparges as it mashes! Mashing, purifying and hop boiling are all done in one single kettle. The control is fully automatic and can be programmed according to the specific recipe making precision mashing at various temperature stages easy and hassle free. There is also only one vessel to clean and store, ideal for those where space is at a minimum.

The Braumeister is designed for a brewing process of approximately 20 litres or 50 litres (depending on version) of beer. Any style of beer such as lager, wheat beer, ales as well as more specialist styles can be brewed. Thanks to its small size and simple handling, the Braumeister is ideal for domestic use in everybodies kitchen or garage. The possibilites are endless and you'll soon be creating custom brewed beers which are sure to impress friend and family.

The Braumeister is almost completely manufactured from stainless steel and stands out due to its high-grade German workmanship and build quality!

    Stupidly easy
    Review by Richardon 29/04/2016
I did my first brew on the 20l B'meister early this week. Mosaic IPA. This is as close to plug and play as brewing gets. There is still involvement and excitement in creating something new, but there is no hassle, no stress. And I've got a super young family, so that's important. The gear is not inexpensive, but it would be wrong to expect something finished so nicely and that executes so well to be cheap. Take a deep breath, reach for the wallet, pay the nice man and await beer nirvana.

    A Godsend
    Review by Buzzon 22/04/2016
I've been AG brewing for many years using a 60l three vessel system. As I've got older, the demands on lifting and cleaning meant I let my big kit go and stopped brewing. The Braumeister 20l kit has made things much more manageable in terms of size, lifting, cleaning etc. so it's got me brewing again and it's a godsend. Having brewed for so long I can assure you the quality of beer produced on the BM is just as good as the big brews I used to do. So it's not just for those new to AG brewing, it's also perfect for seasoned brewers like me, who just needed something a bit more manageable. Good stuff.

    Superb bit of kit
    Review by Steveon 27/11/2015
If you're thinking of ditching the stove topper can't recommend it highly enough

Makes brew day a very easy day - easier than i thought to clean and seems to make pretty consistent batches too

Just need to save up for a 500l version :)

Just go for it...it is superb
    Review by Muddyon 01/09/2015
Firstly its great to be able to pick what you want from the starter kit along side the actual Braumeister.

I took the fermenter & hop screen plus the Route Citra 6 kit along with a different yeast that I wanted to use..Thanks Greg

The Braumeister instructions are very easy to follow and I had my brew up and running very quickly.

It is the simplicity of use and the guarantee of accurate temperature control that ensured I hit the pre boil and post boil targets suggested in the recipe.

There is no need to sparge, it is all done for you by the automated process

Long gone are the days of failed batches.

No it does not take the fun away from a brew day, you are still in control of the whole process but with far more precision.

The hop screen is worth adding as it certainly does the job it was designed for. The fermenter cannot be faulted in any way

Only thing I would wish for is for is a few examples of mash profiles for different styles of beer.

Just tried the first bottle of Route Citra 6. Nice clean and crisp but I now wish I had dried hopped with some extra hops at day 3 of fermentation. The hint of citra is there, but more in the back ground than I would like.

A great piece if kit that I want to get out every weekend and experiment with some new recipes I'm putting together.

Yes its not cheap but I believe it is worth the money for the sheer quality of build and the quality it can and does produce.

Thanks to the team at Brew UK
