    A cracker!
    Review by Robon 11/02/2016
Was a little unnerved at first by the amount of different 822hops but it produced a lovely ale, more grapefruity than citrusy to my palate but very refreshing and well balanced.

    Lovely summer ale
    Review by Jeffon 28/10/2015
Lovely golden ale. Not as citrusy as I expected but that could just as well be down to my inexperience as anything else. Very nice tipple, I can see myself returning to this one in the future.

Just stunning - Citrus AG pack
    Review by Bpgoaon 11/08/2015
The all grain version of this was my first ever go at homebrew beer. Don't know what the fuss was about. Yes you have to be methodical. Yes you have to learn the archaic terminology. But, it was a straight forward if long process.. It was also worth the effort. The beer produced was, dare I say this, better than you get at the local pubs.. I will definitely be making more of this.

    Excellent recipe - great beer
    Review by greenfatheron 10/08/2015
This was my first all grain brew using my new Grainfather, the instructions were simple to follow and apart from screwing up the gravities, after 2 weeks in a keg, its a very smooth beer, albeit a bit strong.

This beer is not something I'd normally drink, and I expected to screw it up on my first attempt, but its very nice and I'll probably try it again, but the Timothy Taylor deserves a chance first. Why no lager kits Brew Uk?.

    Just Brewed
    Review by Kevinon 20/07/2015
Just brewed this batch, currently undergoing the fermentation. Looking forward to the results
  • Great recipe
    Review by Ianon 28/06/2014
Really happy with the results of this kit. Thought at first I'd messed it up as it seemed overly sweet at 2 weeks in the Keg, but yes time & patience is always required with brewing and I was rewarded after 4 weeks with an really top notch summer ale.
The thing that threw me was when I put it into BeerSmith it showed IBUs in the region of 50 which I thought was a bit high. This appears to be due to BeerSmith calculating hop steeping at 40% utilisation. On the side of caution I put the steeping hops in after cooling to 80c rather than at flame out. Next time I will do at flame out as per instructions however the result I had was fantastic once the beer had balanced out. Be interesting to see the difference in steeping hop times. Ordering this again.

    Review by Frederickon 16/04/2014
Out of the nine AG BIAB brews I have done this must be the best and a great summer brew so giving it another run .I have just racked it after four days in to demijohns and I recon you could drink it now but will wait a few weeks it will only get better.
