Great results once again, this is a lovely beer.
    Review by Paulon 24/01/2016
Yet another great batch. This one was left on the yeast a little longer at the end of fermentation than I usually do and resulted in a stronger tasting batch (felt a bit stronger too). Previous batches were a little more refreshing I think so I may stick to transferring that little bit earlier.

    Fast becoming favourite
    Review by Paulon 01/11/2015
Second kit just as good as the first and another one in the Queue!
This is so refreshing it really is hard to resist, great classic belgian tones and I think this will be a permanent stock item for me from now on.

I will try the West Coast Saison kit to compare and report back......

    Leffe Clone
    Review by Steveon 25/07/2015
Just wanted to echo Pauls comments about it tasting like Leffe Blonde. I wasn't sure what to expect but its a gorgeous blond beer that does taste very much like Leffe Blonde.

    Excellent -Leffe in disguise
    Review by Paulon 18/07/2015
I like Belgian beers so thought I'd give this a try rather than buy another Brewferm kit like Triple (which is very nice but only does 9 Litres at a time).
I was not expecting this to be that good but nice for a change - how wrong was !?
This has only had around 3 weeks conditioning but is already excellent, in fact I did a blind tasting of this with Leffe Blonde last night and could barely tell the difference. My wife thought it was nicer than the Leffe and she's a full blown Leffe-ty !! Excellent kit, highly recommended, buying another one now!
Although I am going to have to change my nickname on here now because another Paul seems to have very similar taste in beers on here and also leaves regular reviews! I'll try "Hopster" for future reviews!

    Refreshing change from an IPA
    Review by Paulon 12/06/2015
This makes a fantastic change from an IPA and you can really taste the yeast coming through.

Such a great change from the IPA's I seemed to be continually brewing.
