    Does the job very well.
    Review by MIkeon 26/04/2017
Wheat beer yeasts are not especially demanding, in my experience, and this one is a good all-rounder for beginners and experienced brewers alike. It has a good, clean finish (for a wheat beer yeast) with a low ester profile. It stays in suspension for a fair number of weeks (desirable in a hefeweizen) before dropping out to leave a crystal clear beer of decent flavour.

    What an amazing yeast!
    Review by Turtson 08/10/2016
This is just a fantastic yeast - produces a really lovely tasting wheat beer with banana and clove notes. Really pleased with the results, and the attenuation (down to 1.008). Delivery as ever with brewuk was very speedy.

I've used this a few times now and it has never disappointed, FG is always low with this too if kept at a steady temperature, great taste to it as well

    First time lucky
    Review by Matthewon 26/04/2016
Brewed my first ever Weizen in Feb. 50/50 wheat/barley. Uncontrolled fermentation in our draughty kitchen. I reckon it sat around 17-18 deg C most of the time. Not very vigourous. Started the whole sachet a cup of room temp water and a tsp sugar. Pitched the whole lot into about 12l of wort. It produced a fantastic cloudy clovey brew. Loads of yeast in the bottle. Every one is fantastic. I'm going to try again now its warmer, and see if I get bananas.

    Very reliable
    Review by Paulon 18/10/2012
A great "go-to" yeast for use in brewing wheat beers. Not quite as strong a flavour as some others on the market and ferments very well at most temperatures.
