Ages very well. Gets better and better
    Review by Npbeeon 04/11/2016
Initially was not too impressed with this beer after 2-3 weeks conditioning. Still tasted a bit bland and slightly yeasty. But what an improvement after 4 weeks in the barrel. It's lovely with nice spicy flavours and good body for a 4% ale. Would recommend to others.

    Very Good
    Review by Johnon 10/04/2016
Brewed for the 2nd time, very pleased with it. Mashing and sparging was fine this time, maybe I'm getting better at it. I had the last bottle from my previous brew at Easter, clear crisp and refreshing.

This is a good, not too strong beer, mine came out at 4.1%. Lovely bottled and pretty good from the keg. I found sparging to be very slow, this could have been the maize in the grist. First time I've used it. Will make it again.

    Nice and balanced beer
    Review by Eirikon 15/07/2015
After tasting the first few bottles of this I am very happy with the result, although I half expected the taste to be a lot bolder than it is.

The flaked maize creates a prominent and distinct taste, and the citra influence is very toned down compared to a lot of other citra recipes I have tasted

    Sublime
    Review by Piston Brokeon 21/02/2014
I have 85 AG brews under my belt and decided to try some of these kits because i had a bit of a clear out of my grain bins and i wanted to have less stock sitting around going stale.
This was the first one i tried and its the best beer i have ever brewed.

Just be aware that you may have to add a small amount of grain to achieve the desired SG based on the your brewhouse efficiency. Not sure how they calculate the %age but i run at about 72% as i batch sparge so had to add a small amount of maris otter to the mash

A very nice session beer, citrus, grapefruit and floral tastes, a balanced refreshing bitter.
