    Wow!!!
    Review by Laruson 19/03/2017
I am a fan of the original Pendle Witches Brew, and this kit matches the original in color, aroma and flavor. I used the WLP yeast option and did a two stage fermentation. It has now been bottle conditioning for three weeks and tried the first one yesterday and is excellent. I'll certainly brew it again!

    Excellent!
    Review by Davvyon 30/09/2013
    Wow!
My first extract brew and being a massive fan of the original Pendle witch this did not leave me disappointed.
Fermented for two weeks and tried my first bottle at two weeks on.
    So so like the original.
I did however add a touch of head improver which stays all the way to the bottom of the glass.
I don't think this batch will last long and will definately do again.
    Have a go!

Tasty, but not what I expected
    Review by beerlionon 27/09/2013
This is a tasty beer, but it did not taste like the English Ale I was expecting. To be honest, it's a long time since I had the actual Pendle Witch and my memory is a bit hazy, so it may be a decent match. It tasted very much like an American Ale, which may be because I used the US-05 yeast. I probably won't brew it again, but I'll certainly enjoy the rest of the batch.

    He likes it now....
    Review by Titchon 20/07/2013
After maturing in the bottle for a few weeks he's decided it great now so 5 star review after all.
This is the only beer we've managed to brew that doesn't get a chill haze in the fridge. Overall a great brew.

    We disagree about this one
    Review by Titchon 09/06/2013
Brewed fine, bottled the lot and then we started arguing......
I thought it smelt and tasted a little like Leffe, my other half disagreed (a lot). I'd give it 5, he disagreed...you get the picture.
Anyway, the beer packs a powerful punch, full of flavour that will probably divide opinions. I personally really like it but my other half is less keen.
Not a session brew by any means but I like it and would do it again.
