    Great Kit
    Review by cg22on 15/03/2016
I made about 5-6 batches using50% Dark DME and Extra Dark DME. From the first batch onward all came out fantastic. A must to add at least 50% DME to bring the flavor where it needs to be. Very easy to use, just follow instructions to a tee. The longer it ages the better/smoother it gets. So far, all the Munton kits I have used produce a decent beer....way better than any factory brews.

    Enjoy!

    Very popular
    Review by Darrellon 18/04/2013
Put this out with 7 other homebrewed beers on Bonfire Night and it was the most popular, despite being very young. Everyone who has tried this loves it, I normally go for ales and took a chance on this one but it really is a lovely dark lager-type beer that doesn't need ageing and can be brewed with the minimum of fuss: did mine with Enhancer and bottled the lot.

    Superb brew!
    Review by Philon 11/12/2011
Am extremely pleased with this kit, i normally brew standard lagers but wanted something with a bit more depth and flavour but that i could still serve ice cold and well carbonated. This is exactly what i was looking for - brewed with 500g light malt and 500g dextrose to 20l, bottled and was perfectly drinkable after only 1 week - and will only get better with time! highly highly reccommended.

    Surprisingly nice
    Review by Danon 27/10/2011
I was very pleasantly surprised by this beer. I'm not a big larger drinker but I do like dark beers, and this is a very tasty brew indeed. Like all the muntons kits, it's really easy to make, I used a dark spray malt to add a bit more depth to it.
