    Great for Wheat beer

Worked perfectly with the Brewdog Rabiator recipe from their PDF file

    Top banana every time!

Definitely recommended for wheat beer, always a quick and vigourous start.

    Great results
    Review by Thomason 07/03/2017
Used following Paul's advice with the Bavarian Weissbier Extract Recipe Pack and produced an excellent final product. Rehydrated before adding and fermentation was vigorous and finished earlier than expected. Wheat beer, especially with this year, is one beer I wouldn't leave in fermenting tub for 2-3 weeks to ensure fermentation is complete as hydrometer readings suggest this was done within 1 week (although I did leave longer to make sure).

    Reliable and good results
    Review by Paulon 12/02/2017
I've used this three or four times now and it is becoming my go to yeast for wheat beer. I have had mixed results with the more expensive liquid yeasts (have tried all of them now) but this gives consistently good flavour and smoothness.

    MGJ is my go-to yeast
    Review by Tonyon 05/10/2016
Mangrove Jack yeast is my usual pick, and this one didn't let me down for a recent wheat beer

Will use next time for sure

    Top notch results
    Review by Muddyon 10/08/2015
I used this instead of the wyeast 3068 Weinhenstephan Weizen for a batch of Weissbier, page 185 of Greg's book. You need to give this puppy some good head space as within 3 hours I had a really vigorous ferment. Just tested a sample ahead of bottling and the banana and bubble gum flavours noted in the recipe are present. I've used other Mangrove Jack yeasts and can't recommend them more highly than giving 5 stars.
