    high quality hops
    Review by neilon 09/11/2016
Dry hopped a beer kit with galaxy hops to give it an aroma boost. Very pleased with the results. It smells great, totally tropical thanks to the high alpha acid content. Looking forward to my next experiment

    Bitter Grapefruit
    Review by Gavinon 06/04/2016
The first time I used this I slightly over hopped the recipe as the aroma was so devine during the boil. It produced a slightly bitter light beer, but as it conditioned this hop really shone through. Have used as bittering, aroma and dry hopping, it's all good. Have never been able to find leaf however, so if the recipe calls for leaf and you have pellets, just reign in the quantity!
