    Nice, crisp American IPA

A lovely pint. The Apollo hops is fruity, tropical and dank. Not made for aroma but decent nevertheless. I'll definitely use it for bittering in future, given the high alpha. Bizarrely this recipe uses 100g Styrian Goldings for bittering though which I don't quite understand. If i made this recipe again I'd bitter with apollo instead.

    Frankly Brilliant !

I had read the reviews for this and it sounded like my sort of beer. Brewing went without a hitch, S.G's about bang on with recipe & what a lovely pint ! Started drinking it about a week and a half after bottling as I am always impatient to taste and it was perfect from the start. I cant quite decide what's its like but its a light amber, hoppy with a nutty biscuity taste. As good ( if not better ) than a commercial beer !
