    Lovely
    Review by Peteron 27/09/2015
This was my first AG and to say things didn't go as planned is an understatement. Stuck mash, resulting in not enough wort, resulting in chaos and adding too much water resulting in a lower OG than planned, and finally the continuous problem with my King Keg resulting in flat beer!!
Five weeks after kegging (and about ten CO² capsules) I finally scrounged a corny keg and gas and now, well, this beer is just simply delicious -and I know it can only improve (if I can stop drinking it every day). Daughters wedding next year, this one is going to be on tap!

    First AG
    Review by Jeffon 30/07/2015
My first attempt at AG BIAB and I couldn't have been happier. Everything went to plan, fermented out in just over a week, added the dry hops and then disaster struck - an infection again!! Same smell and taste as the last one, I could cry.

    Quality beer
    Review by Andrewon 28/07/2015
Wanted to try this beer after a previously failed brew. With the Wyeast smack pack option and a fermentation temp of 18-18.5 degrees the fermentation lag was less then 24 hours. It fermented out in 9 days. The result is a nice session beer. Recently I been trying a few nice craft beers but even still this beer stacks up. First brew using a temp controller. It does make a difference.

    Awesomeness in a beer
    Review by MrMarkon 18/10/2014

    WOW.
    Review by Mechon 07/05/2013
I didn't think things could get better after the Way to Amarillo AG kit, this is superb. I tweaked it to give me 6.5% ABV all went well fermentation wise, bottled and 1 wk into conditioning couldn't resist a sample. A bit green but WOW what a taste explosion, great body and that lingering grapefruit taste. You'll go a long way to beat this one.

Superb hoppy golden brew - highly recommended!
    Review by allanon 14/03/2013
Left my bottle brew for four weeks before giving in to temptation and I'm pleased to say my all grain experiment with this kit has turned out superbly well. Nice golden colour but with a very distinctive but well balanced hoppiness from the Apollo hops - they smelled absolutely wonderful in the boil stages and these hops do add a lovely citrus and appropriate bitterness to the final product. Can thoroughly recommend this kit and I will definitely be brewing it all again. I can honestly say that despite this only being my third all grain kit the result was fantastic - far better than most of the golden beers produced by commercial breweries - in my humble opinion...! Thank you for this recipe and kit. Very pleased.

Frank as Apollo AG Recipe Pack - So Good
    Review by Anthonyon 23/02/2013
Do try making this brew. I bottled 5 gallons on 22.12.13. and frankly find it delicious. The SG was 1050 and a final SG of 1004. It has good colour and just the right amount of fizz. The taste is well developed - you must leave it for at least 6 weeks as the general body of the drink keeps improving. I ration myself to wine glasses of it to make the tasting experience last longer! I notice it has great hoppiness and a pleasant finish reminicent of fruit - maybe a hint of citrus/grapefruit.

Well done Brew UK, keep these recipes coming.
