    Good quality. good strong bag.
    Review by Brynon 15/01/2016
Very strong sealed bag. Would have been better if the packs came in different sizes I.e..50g, 100g, 150g. Nice aroma when I opened the bag. Missed picking the flowers this year (2015) but this was a very easy option. Will have to wait to see what the taste is like compared to fresh Elderflowers.

after just one day of seeping the smell is distinctly elderflower, have not started fermintation yet but looking forward to the finished wine.

    ... Elderflower brewing.

Works well. Very useful if you don't know where to look for Elderflowers, or it's winter!

Good Quality - But would prefer different quantity options
    Review by Taroon 04/05/2013
I cannot fault the product, it comes in a nice sealed bag. The only 1 downside the quantity, I would have preferred more options in how much you get other than 50g.

It would be great if there was a 100g or maybe a 200g option especially when your making Elderflower Champagne you require more than one 50g bag full (depending upon your quantity you making of course, in this case I make roughly 16litres which requires about 89g of dried elderflowers).

    Year-round Elderflower Fizz
    Review by Linoraon 13/06/2012
These make super elderflower fizz - in place of the 30 fresh flowerheads in BrewUK's recipe, try using 100g dried and the compliments should fly in!

A floral substitute for aroma hops
    Review by Tomon 27/02/2012
An easy way to add a little something extra. Brilliant when added at end of boil in pale ales.
