    Golden Gooden
    Review by Jayon 12/09/2017
A good crisp lager. Would recommend going for the pilsner and leaving in the bottles for a good 3 months for a superior brew though.

    Good base beer
    Review by Jeffreyon 07/12/2016
This is a great base from which to construct your own simple recipe. Chose some leaf hops for boiling and/or dry hopping and make a fantastic IPA.

    Easy Drinking
    Review by Jayon 13/08/2015
This one turned out great. Used coopers brew enhancer #1 and it's my best result to date. Citrus notes on the nose and palate. Highly recommended!

Got my Coopers kit the other day and started it off yesterday. All seems good so far and am looking forward to testing the product when it matures...

Amazed at how good this was in standard form
    Review by kwakamaton 28/05/2012
Just got started in brewing and with that i have been following kits to the standard recommended instructions before i start chopping and changing things to a more customised taste.

This kit was so easy to make - mix the can and brew enhancer (version 1) in two litres of hotwater, top up to 23 litres total and then scatter the supplied yeast on top before leaving to ferment.

after about 10-14 days your FG should level up and you are ready to bottle/keg. I bottled into coopers 500ml PET bottles and primed with 1/2 teaspoon sugar I use in my tea/coffee.

After 2 weeks this tasted good (just a test taster) - after 3 weeks the results were fantastic so i drank it all :s So smooth and crisp it honestly is the best one I have tried so far so I have bought another to do once I'm through the pale ale and lagers I have bought.

Coopers kits have been fantastic, almost failsafe and quite honestly they create these kits with a great final taste in mind so i would advise anyone to try them as they are first before having a play so you have a benchmark to work against!

Great tasting, cheap canadian blonde - I have no will to buy a beer from a pub or shopping centre ever again. I'm now kegging my kits as this is addictive!

    Excellent
    Review by Yeasty Boyzon 27/10/2011
I too used the US 05 yeast and the beer enhancer technique. Great results.

Very clean fermentation - sediment sticks well to the bottom - so is easy to bottle.

I leave in two weeks in primary ferm', use plenty of sugar in secondary ferm' and it turns out fizzy and refreshing.

    Top lager kit
    Review by Jimboozeon 17/09/2009
Big thanks to Jonny Jones. I followed his recipe with the US 05 yeast and the beer enhancer. It adds about £5 or £6 to the cost but the result is top drawer. Its cleared nicely, got a good head and has tasted superb since the second week. Its a hit with the lads and tastes great out the bottle.

    Tastes like molson
    Review by jonny Joneson 05/07/2009
Read about using beer enhancer and different yeast, so made this one with a Safale US 05 and beer enhancer. Tastes amazing, identical to Molson. Definately being doing another one on these.
