    Ok
    Review by C Tayloron 27/07/2015
Brewed this with brewed with 1.5kg Light Malt Extract, 500g Light Dry Malt and 300g Dextrose. The brew went well, aged for 10 weeks in a cornelius keg and produced very clear nice looking beer . It's Ok, certainly drinkable but not great. I've tried half a dozen coopers kits and not been overly impressed with any. Much prefer Woodfordes or St Peters. Each to their own I suppose

    Always on the menu!
    Review by Smashoon 23/04/2013
Exellent homebrew kit, never fails. Use it with a 1kg beer enhancer for a refreshing ale. Or go for the full fat version.... with 1.5kg Coopers malt extract, 500g spraymalt and 300g sugar! Full fat version is best to put away for a good few months and will become a very smooth full bodied beer ....a bit like Leffe. Even the missus likes it!

    Great

This remains one of the longest living beers for me that has remained constantly excellent in quality in bottles.

    Excellent
    Review by Peteon 29/12/2011
Friends rave about this beer. A good taste and strong finish.
If you like Leffe then this is the one for you. The only down side is that it only develops its full taste after some months conditioning in the bottle. Brewed mine in June and drank it in December. One or two months is just not long enough for the final flavour to develop.

    Fizzy ale
    Review by Dangerouson 06/07/2011
The ale appears flat when poured but is extremely fizzy and very strong. 4 pints are enough to send me to sleep. Taste is ok but nothing to shout about.
