Citra citra citra! Magnificent aroma - one of the most singular and stabd out strains in my view. Great as a single hop as well as mixed with others. Gives multiple hopped beers a lovely fresh fruity backbone. For me its a citrusy lemon bomb but others say tangerine.

Used these for a DIYDog Dead Pony Club clone. Result: 20 litres of lovely beer ready for Christmas. (Used in Braumeister 20L, then SS Brewtech BME Chronical.)

I keep ordering this amazing hop for years now. American IPA with 50g to 100g Citra in dry hopping will give you a beer your friends will never forget (in a good or bad way :-) )

    Favourite Hop
    Review by allanon 23/05/2016
Citra hops have their own distinctive flavour and are my personal favourite. Great in pale ales and IPA's, can also be used to great effect in a Single Hop ale. The aroma and taste from these hops are superb. Highly recommended.

    Great Aroma

Fan of this hop generally, not one that blows your head off but great aroma, dry-hopped a fairly light APA for 6 days and it improved it massively.

Fantastic fruity slightly dank hops, shines best as whirlpool addition and dry hop.

My favourite of all. Great in the American Wheat Beer, a real joy on a balmy summer evening on the back porch. Cant wait for the 2015 harvest - it's been missing for a while!

Big citrusy hop that really packs a punch great on its own or teamed with other hops. I like it in combination with amarillo! Can't go wrong with this in an American style beer

    Can't go wrong with Citra
    Review by @kungfuramoneon 08/06/2015
The summary says it all! Citra is such a mainstay of the pale/IPA world and it's popularity is increasing, which now beginning to reflect in the price. Also these are a 2014 harvest, so are pretty fresh.

    superb distinctive hops
    Review by sixze65on 19/02/2013
First came across these hops in commercial beers - Duvel Triple Hop and Marston's Single Hop - both brewed/hopped with Citra - and tried them in my own home brew - they are excellent hops - very distinctive flaour and aroma - added to main mash and late hopping on a pale 1045% all grain ale - and they worked superbly well. Can highly recommend.
