    How simple does it get???
    Review by Grahamon 03/12/2017
The moment my kit arrived I started making my wine. The instructions were clear, the process simple and fermentation began quickly. After 4 days, fermentation continues well. I'm already planning my next wine!!!

    Nice easy drinking white
    Review by Kateon 28/06/2015
One of the nicest white wine kits I've tried, makes a nice easy drinking summer white which is lovely when well chilled. Ready to drink within a week of bottling but improves after a couple of months.

    Cellar7 - Sauvignon Blanc
    Review by Big Tomon 01/01/2014
Eureka!!! I have been making my own wine on and off for some 30+ years now but have never been able to be quite happy with the results. Always that "home made" taste, although the results have bee good. In September 2013, as a result of sought after advice I made a 30 bottle kit of Cellar 7 sauv/blanc. Well, I have found it. I produced a commercial quality wine with (would you believe it) an EXPRESS kit. It was fine to drink on bottling but now, 2 months down the line it is superb. My wife and I have a favourite Italian restaurant that we frequent that flogs an excellent Venezie house white. We rarely drink anything else there but I took the owner (he's a long-standing friend) a bottle of my production. Honestly, I can't fight him off! Sorry to rattle on a bit but I'm chuffed to bits.

    An easy wine to make
    Review by Russell on 10/09/2013
This is the first batch of wine I have made for several years and I was impressed with this very easy to use kit from Cellar 7.

The instructions were clear and as it states onthe box was ready in 7 days. We are now waiting a couple of weeks to see if what everyone else has been syaing about leaving it to age for a week will improve it, but this has produced a very drinkable little tipple which at just over a week old is very nice especially when chilled.

I will definitely be using this again and will experiment with a few of the other wines that Cellar 7 produce. If they are half as good as this one then for the money you can't go wrong!!

    A bit short but ok
    Review by Tonyon 03/09/2013
Although sold as a 30 bottle kit, 25 bottles would be closer to the truth because the kit is designed to make 21 litres. After siphoning off the sediment, you are left with less than 20 litres. The proportion of grape juice concentrate is not stated, let alone the amount of genuine varietal juice. Nonetheless the resulting wine is quite palatable.

    Great wine
    Review by Jaxon 04/07/2013
Not made a batch of wine for about 5years and was sceptical of a 7 day kit. However the wine was simple to make and a pleasure to drink! Going to try some of the other varieties next but will definitely be making this one again.

    Brilliant
    Review by Bettyon 22/03/2013
I am really impressed with these kits. This the second kit I started, as I wanted something to drink whilst I waited for my longer kits to brew. I have only just started brewing my own wine, very new to it all. Very easy to follow and a very pleasant wine is produced by the end of the seven days. I am trying to leave it for a weeks as it will improve more with age, as it says on the pack. Really, really impressed. The longer brewing kits prodcue taste like heaven, but this is a very pleasant wine that has come out of this kit. I would highly recommed this as a quick and easy way to start brewing to create your wine reserves and at just over one pound a bottle, you are on to a winner.
