    impressive!
    Review by Andy-Hon 19/11/2013
After the "about time you did some wine" converstaion and having some Demijohns lying around from previous brewing experiments, i decided to give this a go.
Nice clear instructions, and although i managed to mix the order of the sachet additions up, it's come out exceptionally clear. There's a little bit of sediment left, more than i would have liked, but probably due to me getting it in the syphon than a fault of the kit. Taste is initially very good, hopefully it'll improve by christmas.
I would say thought, that a 6 bottle yield is optimistic after several rackings; i got just under 5.

    Great wine
    Review by Marianon 10/03/2013
I have had this before and the taste was to my and my family liking. It just doesn't take like homemade. The instructions are easy to follow. So all in all if you like a medium dry white wine I would recommend

    Nice kits
    Review by Robon 05/12/2012
I've used a few CC kits now without problem at all - they seem to produce very drinkable, beautifully clear wine without too much fuss. What more can you ask.

    Excellant
    Review by Glennyon 05/02/2011
Very good. Surprised me. I tried wine kits years ago and they were not good, but things have improved over the years and I am really impressed. Will go for the 30 bottle one next time.

    My favourite so far
    Review by Danielleon 19/03/2010
This is really lovely and tastes better than some shop wines I've had. I'll be sticking with this one in future, it's got a great flavour, nice and crisp and sweet.
