    Had better from the range
    Review by Leeon 23/10/2017
This is nice but not really what I was looking for, thought I'd give it a chance. My wife enjoyed it though.

Can't wait to start drinking this batch. Around Christmas it'll be perfect.

    Great so far
    Review by Richardon 25/09/2017
Good product with clear brewing instructions.
Seems fine at the moment but I intend letting it mature for a few months before I get stuck into the drinking.
No reason to suppose that it will be anything other than very, very good if previous batches are an example.

I leave it for 6 to12 month, and fond it greatly improved, particularly in the aroma.

10L of Grape Juice more like 8.5L
    Review by Stevenon 22/03/2017
I have made many of these kits with no problems, however my last kit only had 8.5L of the grape juice which resulted in my wine being rather "Thin" and did not have the great taste that I expected.

    Delicious
    Review by Julieton 18/11/2015
I took my time brewing this, just on 6 weeks. This is my first kit that wasn't a 7 day one and I am totally impressed. I get a chocolate flavour on my first sip, yum! I have had a couple of bottles and will be saving the rest for over Christmas.

    first time with this kit
    Review by Jimon 16/09/2015
first time with this kit having always used kenridge classic, no elderberries enclosed so hopefully already infused in the concentrate, still busy fermenting so unable to comment on finished product but instructions are the same as kenridge although kenridge kits are 10ltr as opposed to this at 7.5ltr hence the price difference. hopefully taste will be as good as the superb kenridge

    Very pleasant wine
    Review by Danielon 27/05/2015
This was my first try at homemade wine and the finished product is very nice. A bit oaky for my taste on first bottling/tasting but after a couple of days this seems to mellow. I might try just half the bag of oak next time. I think it will mature more yet week on week but as instructions say, it is drinkable straight away.

Great but needs time to mature
    Review by Tony Hibbetton 24/01/2012
Initially dissappointing, but excellent if left to mature so worth waiting a few weeks.

First wine we've made - A good flavoured full body red which gets better over time.
    Review by Romanon 13/01/2012
Skeptical family and friends have been converted. We bottled in September and enjoyed the wine but this wine does improves week on week. New Year's day opened some bottles for friends and they were more than keen for us to make more.
