    Will brew this again
    Review by Craigon 06/02/2017
I left this in the primary for a full 3 weeks to make sure it had fermented out properly. I used about 120g priming sugar for 23 litres which gave it quite a lively amount of carbonation, which suits the style in my opinion. Final strength was ~7.3%. A taster at 2 weeks was drinkable, but not great. 4 months after bottling I drank the last 2 bottles, and the beer improved consistently up to about 3 months. The last 2 bottles were crystal clear and absolutely delicious. I've ordered another kit and it will be the next one I do, should be at it's best in early summer!

    Oh the hed
    Review by Multi Bobon 31/05/2016
Bought this and brewed it under volume thinking it can't come out that strong right?? Well north of 9% and if left a few months tastes great, although one or two bottles is normally enough at the end of a night. Beware this is a serious kit for serious drinkers

    Beware the bad cat!
    Review by Christopheron 13/05/2015
This cat has serious claws. I'm a big fan of the other bulldog brew beers so I gave this one a try. As with the others it takes quite a while to ferment out fully, due to its strength, most likely. It's a great tasting beer and you would never guess the strength......until you've had a couple and then it's too late! Lovely stuff but not a session beer.

    Review by Mick on 23/03/2015
This is an amazing kit , takes it's time to ferment but this kit is all about patience .At first it smelt like ditch water ,but over time it changed to yum yum lol. Do NOT rush this kit , i have had mine sat in the bottles for 2 months now and cracked one yesterday OMG amazing and final OBV of 8.1 % be afraid , be very afraid .
