    Lovely, smooth & moreish
    Review by idleron 15/09/2015
Made as per instruction using brewing sugar. Ferment temp 21.5c (fermentation was very active). Started drinking after 3 months in the bottle - really lovely, smooth and enjoyable beer. Tonight n 2nd bottle and was compelled to write review - been in bottle for 5 months now and it is absolutely gorgeous, been sipping gently. Every mouthful is kind of a sophisticated & smooth joy. My palate veers towards beers that are not too hoppy, by the way.

Also by the way, I also brewed the Brewferm Pils at the same time and I have not been hitting those bottles as much. Definitely liking this better.

Nice wheat but not as good as a German wheat.
    Review by CritAnimeon 16/07/2012
I have brewed two of these kits. Both gave pretty much the same results. Starts off with a very rich treacle/golden syrup taste when young but after a good maturation, about 1-2 months, this eases and you get a very refreshing beer. Good foamy head and nice mouth feel with this beer but it's not as soft as a weizen. Nice and hopy but the hops do start to dissapear after the 2 month mark. I made this using candied sugar the second time and it had a much nicer taste than using stnadard dex or other sugars.

One word against it though. It's not as light in colour as the picture on the can suggests. I found both kits to be more rich amber than light amber. Only an asthetic thing though.

A Light, slightly sweet belgian style wheatbeer.
    Review by Matton 24/06/2012
I've brewed this one a few times now, first time was a naked brew, second time was tweaked with a cherry syrup and this time it's brewing with added Muntons Wheat Spraymalt (available at BrewUK). It's perfect on its own, and takes well to tweaking.
And because it's a wheat beer it travels well and you dont mind if the sediment kicks up a little!

    Thoroughly recommended.

    Great wheat beer!
    Review by Chrison 29/06/2010
Ok, this isn't as great as the proper German wheat beers, but it tastes good for an evening in! Definitely worth buying and I will probably make it again.
