    Awesome Product
    Review by Walton 20/02/2017
This is the second time I have made the Brewferm Tripple and I have to say it is very consistent. I recommend using the candi sugar as opposed to rocessed/granulated. Likely will put you over the limit. I always do two cans at once to get 18L

    None Leffe'd
    Review by Paulon 24/06/2015
Really impressed with this kit, it's not quite Leffe Blonde but it sure is good. Very good brew but as with all these strong brews not one for more than a couple of pints at most! Slight herb edge to it but this is very slight and hard to define. All in all really good. Just got to find a real Blonde substitute now (the beer obviously).......

    Old Reliable
    Review by Roberton 17/06/2015
Just the addition of local honey and Styrian Goldings hops and this makes a great triple (Charlie Papazian's recipe) time after time. We now only buy the famous Belgian brand for the empties!

    Two weeks in.
    Review by Jameson 19/12/2012
Tried one of these bad boys two weeks after initial bottling. Fantastic already in my opinion. Very well carbonated, good head and a nice full, almost golden syrup taste but not like syrup at all. Little bit cloudy but it is still early days. I used candi sugar and added the recommended extra 5%, ABV 8.3 and I suppose you can add another 0.5% for bottle conditioning. This stuff is awesome!

Two weeks in and it is a lot like Duvel with a hint of Leffe Blonde. Can't wait to taste these in another 6 weeks because if it tastes as good as it does now it can only get better!

When making this I did not follow the instructions fully and bottled this one straight from the primary after an 8 day ferment. This was my third kit so I'm still learning. I regret not using a secondary fermenter because I know now that I could have made the beer clearer and reduced the yeast in the bottles. I know that yeast sediment is part and parcel of home brewing and bottle conditioning but I should have got the beer off the old yeast and let it clear a bit in a secondary as recommended. From now on I will be using a secondary for all my brews.

    Top class
    Review by Neil Aon 05/11/2012
This is an absolute favorite of mine. The best of a very good bunch from Brewferm. It's just a shame you don't get many pints from a can.
