Very informative and well managed course

    Review by on

I am about to take the step into AG brewing and whilst I have my fair share of reading about it I wanted the confidence of seeing it done first hand rather than watch it via youtube. I am very glad I attended this course. Greg is open and fielded all the questions posed to him with ease. He genuinely knows his stuff and no questions is too stupid to ask. Two batches of beer were made; one with basic equipment and one with a more advanced system. Lunch was provided (also very good) and tastings of beer produced on the previous course given freely. It is a shame I had to drive a few hours home but the end product was very good.

I received some enlightening answers to the questions I wanted to ask and I think all who attended went home with a better level of knowledge than when they arrived.

If you are curious about AG brewing then please sign up for one of these. You will walk away with genuine, practical know-how and an increase in confidence.

Now I just need to get the kit......

A Great Introduction to AG Brewing

    Review by on

As every one else has said, a great day, educational and informative while being informal. Greg and Ben know their stuff and communicate in a relaxed entertaining manner. I came away with a lighter bank balance but ready to start my first AG brew next weekend. If anyone is thinking of moving to AG and wants some first hand advice, rather than books, forums or you tube then this is the place to come.
