Brand new up to date version. In stock now.
What's sets the Braumeister apart from is cheaper rivals and makes them simply the best choice?

- Manufactured in Germany. Solid construction, robust and built to last by Speidel, a company with over 100 years experience in producing stainless steel vessels for the professional brewing and wine making industry.
- Gentle, upward recirculating mash. Good efficiency so no need for a separate sparge, saving time and meaning no need for a separate sparge water heater. Just setup the mash program and leave. When you come back the mash and sparge will be complete meaning all you have to do is lift the grain basket out and leave to drain before starting the boil program.
- Used and trusted by professional brewers around the world.
- 10 years of production gives the braumeister a unrivalled brewing pedigree. Very seldom are these seen for sale second hand and when they are it's usually because the user has decided to get a bigger one!
- Full after sales brewing support from BrewUK (who own their own 15 BBL production brewery, Dark Revolution)
- Available in sizes to meet most batch requirements, 10L, 20L, 50L, 200L and 500L versions.

    Good design, easy to use
    Review by Nicholason 03/08/2015
We have only used this equipment once so far and the set up and process could not be simpler. It works very well and guides you through the process with the result that we have produced a very drinkable beer. Easy to clean and hopefully it will produce repeatable results! There were some small blemishes to the main body of the vessel in the area of the rear leg and side handles but otherwise it appears built to last.

    Review by geoffon 12/09/2013
Great piece of kit, very easy to use. Cuts the brewing day by several hours, which is always a bonus. Not to sure about effieciency yet seems to be about 75%, would like to get to 80% we'll see if we can improve in the next few brews.

    Great Concept, works absolutely perfectly.
    Review by Garyon 25/04/2013
Often misguidedly described as a BIAB device, which in truth doesn't come close.

This is mashing and full grain home brewing at it's most sophisticated. PLC controlled from dough in to end of boil, this 50L machine makes perfect wort batch after batch, year after year. 3 brew sessions deliver just over 1 BBL of wort into the big Ferminator in a single brew day, because it's quick to turn around after each batch.

Sure it costs a bit more than some buckets and heaters, but for us who want to brew beer, ales, lagers, stouts without a lot messing about with equipment and prep this unit takes the hassle out of a brew day, it's a dream to use and way more efficient than a previous 3 pot system.

We rigged up a small winch to lift the grain pipe out after the mash / "neo/pseudo sparge' cycle as it becomes quite heavy when wet (and full of soaked grains); also a little T shaped hop screen at the outlet takes care of business.

BTW the Jacket sleeve is essential IMHO, the 50l has a very efficient heating element and the jacket helps to speed up stepped mash cycles ramps and also aids in getting to a rolling boil in UK winter promptly. Recommend lifting the lid at 95C mark on coming up the boil - else boil over will produce a nasty mess. Of course the rolling boil phase must be performed with the lid off.

The unit cleans easily, so less hassle at the end of brew day.
    I love it.
