Covid-19 Update



During these difficult times we would like to extend our assurances to you that BrewUK will continue to be your trusted supplier.  As the situation develops we are constantly reviewing and updating with our supply partners to ensure that any disruption is kept to a minimum. 


Following a full assessment of risks, with assurance from our delivery partners, we would like to reassure you of our full support with the following points:


  • Through close relationships with our supply partners we are ring-fencing stock in the supply chain to ensure continuity of supply for you.
  • We increased our stocks by 25% for Brexit contingency and this strategy remains in place giving us large stocks of key lines.
  • E-commerce traffic to the website has increased exponentially over the last few days but we are fully operational and working through the increased order volumes.
  • Our normal dispatch times will be extended as we catch up with the sudden increase in orders. Please be patient, we are packing orders as fast as we can and expect normal delivery times to return soon.
  • We encourage you to place orders in good time that will cover your essential brewing supplies to avoid any disruption to your brewing over the coming weeks. Current lead time is approx 4 days from order and we'll update this as things change.
  • Currently our full work force is well and fully operational. Staff wellbeing is on upmost importance to us and we’ve put measures in place to continue to make this a priority.
  • To protect our staff and customers, all customer collections in person from our warehouse will be suspended until further notice. Any orders for collection already in the system will be available for personal collection but please wait to receive the notification that your order is ready before visiting us.
  • We are looking into the viability of free local deliveries but for the time being please order online for delivery via Parcelforce.
  • As all staff are working in production, we are not able to answer the telephone. Email support will still be provided but please expect a delay of at least 48 hrs. We will offer live chat but please only use for urgent issues. Any tech support issues or enquiries regarding dispatch times will be directed to email us.
