    Almost excellent - great vfm!
    Review by Peteon 08/10/2015
This was easy to make, like all the Beaverdale kits. The wine improved greatly after about a month in the bottle. In my opinion (which really isn't worth that much) it's not quite as good as the Rojo Tinto, and it shares a sweetness that is *just* a little too much for my palate. However, that's a minor criticism - this is an excellent kit for the money, and I don't have any hesitation in recommending it. It really is good value for money.

    Good

Not the cheapest available, but I think it is well worth the cost - it makes an excellent wine (if only I could slow down on the drinking if it, it would mature into an even better wine).

    All grape juice wine kit.
    Review by Craigon 08/06/2015
I first bought Bearverdale wines because of the claim:
"House of Beaverdale, the UK's original all grape juice wine kit." - the 'all grape juice' sold it to me.
I do not know how many wine kits contain additives in the juice (perhaps most are 'all grape juice' anyway), but whether or not my initial reason for buying it was justified, I am certainly buying it again, as it does make an excellent wine, even without much aging, and it is certain to be much better after a little longer maturing.

    Again and again
    Review by Michaelon 13/06/2012
My second review on this wonderful easy to make wine. Just found a bottle I made almost 4 years ago (last of the batch) and looking forward to sampling it this weekend. I still have around a dozen bottles I made in 2010.I have just made 2 x 30bottle kits. ageing around 19 liters in a cornelius keg and the rest in Demi johns for 6 months before bottling and allowing it to age further in bottles. I will bottle this in december. As I said in my previous review I am no wine connoisseur but I know what I like. I have had people offer to buy bottles. Have patience. Bottle and leave for at least a year.

    Wonderful
    Review by Michaelon 14/02/2012
Have made this in the past but this time decided to allow it to age. Bottled at the end of October 2010 and it is just a wonderful drink. People who have sampled it have raved about it. I'm no wine connoisseur by any stretch of the imagination but I know what I like and this is a fantastic kit for the money. Highly recommend this and if you can leave it to mature for a period of a year or more then you will have a wonderful wine on your hands
