My go to favourite wine kit
    Review by neilon 02/09/2017
I love this style and kit. Brewed it a few times now and has always been good. Came with oak chips this time so can imagine that will only enhance the already great flavour and aroma profile

    Excellent Rioja
    Review by Nigelon 12/06/2016
I bought this kit after reading some of the reviews and its well worth the money.
An easy kit to brew and it wont disappoint. I found it tasted a lot better as it aged and its now been bottled for 12 weeks and is now spot on.
Going to try a Shiraz next.

    Lovely Stuff
    Review by Peteon 08/10/2015
Really pleased with this. Beaverdale are the best kits. Easy to make and not had any problems producing decent wine (yet). Still tasting great 6 months after bottling. Needed at least a month in the bottle. A little sweet but definitely got all the right flavours. This marginally beats the Shiraz and is on a par with the Pinot Noir. On to the Barollo next, but I've bought another one of these for later in the year.

    Highly Recommend
    Review by Tony on 30/01/2015
I’ve made home brew wine for a while and so have tried various kits but the Beaverdale are just so easy to make and excellent quality for a wine that is ready to drink after around 20 days and a really good quality wine if you let it rest for another month. You can tell the quality of ingredients when you open the box and this is reflected in the finished product which has a depth and intensity to it that you don’t get with many kits. Having bought kits from home-brew shops the price and service levels provided by Brew UK are also excellent – 2 days from an online order I was setting up the batch and the price is roughly a £5 per kit less than in the high street meaning a “per bottle” price of around £1.30. I would highly recommend the wine

    Delicious surprise
    Review by Paulon 30/08/2013
Well I have to agree with all the previous reviews, having never brewed at home before I must admit I was half expecting paint stripper! WOW what a delicious surprise, tasty from first bottling and definitely improving with age. Have now laid 15 bottles down, the second batch is fermenting and have just bottled 30 Shiraz to fill our rack alongside the Zinfandel. If you're thinking about brewing for the first time, don't hesitate, its much easier than I thought and the results are superb.

    Best kit so far
    Review by Jasperon 23/01/2013
Brewed several wine kits now, mostly California Connoisseur. This one has proved the best so far, was drinkable as soon as it was bottled and the 30 didn't last a month. Already ordered two more of these kits!

    Highly recommended!

    Excellent Rioja
    Review by UremaWon 18/04/2012
I'm currently bulk aging a carboy of this, but had a bottle left over to sample. It was obviously still very young (7 weeks) but was already full bodied, rich and dry. Rioja is my favourite red wine, and this already stacks up against any of the sub-£10 supermarket variants.

    Really nice
    Review by Kennyon 05/05/2010
I made this kit after reading a lot of good things on forums.

I certainly wasn't disappointed. Tastes really smooth and at least a good as any £5/6 supermarket equivalent. It did get better after a bit of time in the bottle though so don't rush things, give it at least 4 weeks in the bottle.
