I've been using Beaverdale for years. The Oak improves it hugely.

    Perfection
    Review by David on 16/02/2016
This was my first wine kit I did and it came out perfect. A really smooth fruity taste and no bad after tastes. Thinking this was just a fluke I tried again with the exact same result. I have now done this 5 times all consistently the same. Because of were I live I used bottled water, only the really cheap stuff but I think it makes a difference.

    Superb
    Review by Alastairon 29/07/2015
This was the first time I had tried a Beaverdale kit; it certainly won't be the last. Young as my finished is, it is very drinkable and you can certainly taste the quality. Just a question of whether I can leave it long enough to mature fully, as I originally intended!

Started drinking this straight away but much better if you leave it just a month or so. Great value. Have now ordered another for those cold winter nights.

    Excellent wine
    Review by johnon 27/05/2010
Just started making wine after a 15 year lay off, made 2, 7 day kits to get some wine in the rack and then bought this 28 day kit to compare quality. Only bottled it last night but couldnt resist trying one, it is absolutely superb at the moment and i am sure will get even better.
    Highly recommended

    Best I've done
    Review by Jenon 13/05/2010
I've done a few kits since starting home brewing last year and this one has easily turned out the best we've done.

Leave to mature for longer than it states if you can as it gets better and better.
