    A cracker
    Review by Peter Kon 02/06/2017
Just wonderful. Will definitely make this again. It has a fantastic balance of hops and malt without being over the top in either. Lots of interest from friends and family. Smooth malt body with caramel notes, creamy head, nice mouthfeel, interesting hoppy notes initially and with a lingering yet moorish sweetness. Enough said? Love it!!

    Good trusty IPA
    Review by TD Breweryon 12/02/2017
2nd time brewing this. Nottingham yeast. 2 weeks in fermenter and 4 weeks in the keg. Nice rounded, flavour slightly sweet, caramel. Probably next time I will add more hops earlier

    Excellent beer
Review by Total Depth on 08/09/2015
Just tasted the first few bottles. Excellent flavour, body and head after 2 weeks in the bottle. Fairly bitter with a good hop taste. My first all grain brew. Made a few mistakes but none fatal. Recipe pack does not contain Irish Moss so you need to order that in addition. Recipe suggests initial gravity should be 1050 but mine was only 1045. Final gravity 1009. Needs a couple more weeks I think before I get stuck into it but so far looking good

2nd All-Grain and my best result so far
    Review by Korkoniuson 11/06/2015
Comes with a sheet detailing the brew process for this beer. As stated this was my 2nd ever all grain brew and it turned out great!

Poking around the site a bit I came across someone mentioning that they liked this brew, but it lacked a extra finish to the taste. Given that I am quite fond of Citra hops I decided to add an extra 5g at the end of the boil in an attempt to flesh out the after taste a bit and it worked like a charm.

This is definitely something I will brew again!

    First All Grain
    Review by MARKon 20/02/2015
For my first all grain i though its best to go with a tried and tested recipe. Everything came packaged well. One sheet instructions is enough info to follow but i used an online recipe builder to find some more information on what i would be expecting as my brew went. Just finished fermentation and smelling great, i'm sure in a few weeks i'll be enjoying a tasty pint. Side note for anyone splitting the pack into smaller batches, specialist grains come mixed not separate. good for a 5 gallon batch but small brews may vary on the finish. Hops are dried not pellets. these are things that are preference and dont effect the end results. Great product.
