Just bottled a clone of Sarah Hughes Dark Ruby Mild. It's come in a bit stronger than I expected (6.6ABV) but looks and tastes wonderful :D I'm going to condition this for 8 weeks before tasting.

44 + 1185 = 1229

Cheers

Me again! Just bottled my clone of St. Austell's Tribute. The colour looks right but I'll have to wait awhile to see what it tastes like.

44 + 1229 = 1273

I've nothing fermenting at the moment so somethings gone wrong with my schedule

Cheers

46 pints of chocolate milk stout (very tasty velveteen AG clone)
32 pints of 5AM saint DIYDOG kit (very much looking forward to trying this one)

1273 + 78 = 1351

Recipe kit for 'Frank as Apollo' arrived yesterday so that is next and then plan on a 100% pilsener grain and saaz hops SMaSH.

Firstly I will correct the total.... it looks like Turts snuck in with an update whilst Barrance was adding his contribution....

So Barrance would have taken us from 1481 to 1516...

and I've just bottled 29 pints of Altbier taking the collective total to 1545
Conditioning: Baltic Porter
Brewing: Altbier, Munich Dunkels
Planning: Helles Bock, Marzen, APA, Dead Pony Club clone, Mexican Lager, Rauchbier

Bottled 45 pints of wild pale ale using Toyomodori hops

so 1545 + 45 = 1590

I've just bottled my attempt at a Bishops Finger clone! It was not without incident which I'll describe elsewhere

1590 + 44 = 1,634

Cheers

36 pints of 'Frank as Apollo' - and a sneaky taste test reveals that this one will not last long. It was delicious. I was worried about a full 7 day dry hop but I love it already!

1634 + 36 = 1670
