Well it's time for an AG [BIAB].I am going for a Brains SA clone .Had a pint when visiting Wales last weekend and it brought back memories of being a student at Cardiff in the 70s .
Picked up this recipe off the web Ran it through BE .Only thing missing was a yeast variety .I would appreciate any suggestion's maybe a WLP002 or a WLP005.
