simcoe or chinook ?

They are both high AA hops which used to be used for bittering things like APA's. Looking around it seems that they are both being used as aroma aditions so go with what you want to get rid of! I think 20g is fine for either and looking at wiki pages it seems that simcoe is used more for aroma.
Have a look here for the hops types - http://byo.com/resources/hops and also here - http://brewwiki.com/index.php/Hops and just go for it!

I'd go Simcoe. I don't think Chinook has a great aroma.
