Im always getting hamish and sarscens posts mixed up. Dunno why. Maybe im mental. I like full stops. Anyhoo - Welcome along mate, with 25 years brewing it'll be great to see/hear how you do things. What kind of brewer are you? (apart from a good one )
Nowadays iam just a kit brewer occasionally i will brew a malt extract kit , but i cannot fault the kits these days and i brew them to what it says on the tin maybe iam getting lazy lol but also gets drunk hick hick.
