Well at the spur of the moment I went to the Zero Degrees bar in Cardiff last night. They had a very nice looking microbrewery on display serving all their own beers. The brew system is completley sealed from air until it reaches their taps. A very impressive back drop to a bar!

They had a Pale Ale, Wheat Ale, Pilsner, Black Lager and a Pech & mango.

All were on draught, naturally carbonated and served on draught using a key keg design system.

The pale ale was ok and the wheat ale very very good. The food was also as good as the beer even if they didnt have any real ales in there, cant have it all now can we!
