Hows the admirals looking? I'm struggling to keep out of the brews I've done recently but they keep calling me..... drink me... drink me and the call is too strong! They are cloudy so I knows it bad but they taste good.
Must remember to never run out of home brew again, big mistake.

yeah a decent rolling stock is the way to go. i moved the stout to the fridge to cold condition, but I will be having a "wee snippit" tonight. The admrils is upstairs kegged (hopefully no leaking) in the cupboard, so I will try a bit tomorow tomake sure pressure is there. Tried some betty stoggs yeaterday. Quite nice, very earthy smell as soon as you "pop" the bottle open.

Hi Nath,
AG is deffo the way to go! so much more you can do and makes it so much cheaper, I do have a small stock of beer kits just incase Im low on stock but dont have time to dedicate to a allgrain brew!
I made a APA the other week (posted in recipes) and I have to say its only had a week or so to mature but it tastes fantastic!
