Hello peter,
Just drinking that brew as I type this, the first thing that is different with this kit is the packet of hop stuff you get to add with the brew, I put a post on your other thread (new to this) left it for 2 weeks in the FV just to see what would happen, simple answer cleared in double quick time fantastic amber colour with a nice fruity taste and good head on serving. As with most kits you would have to be a complete space monkey to get it so wrong it cant be drunk!! just try to keep it at 18-20 degrees and dont bugger about with it too much keep out the nasty UV and float on to a great brew

I have a barrel of this going at the mo and it is heaven... The blinking tap is leaking so i will need to drink it in double wuick time! What a shame!

Got a Wheery almost ready for the keg then going to do another Ruby using some of the tips you lads have been giving me. Oh I got a fridge for wines and beers Been trying to think how to put a keg in it with a pump
