Hi

I am new to this and have made a youngs 6 bottle kit and 40 pint Norfolk Nog both very nice, my question is I have just bought a 30 bottle Carafe 21 red wine kit and because it is a cheap kit was wondering if anyone has added extra grape juice or other ingredients.

I had the idea of getting a 1 litre carton of red grape juice not from concentrate from Asda 0.97p and adding this to the kit when making it to give it some extra body or do you think it will ruin it.

Any suggestions or help would be very welcome
