I am looking to do GW's Guiness recpie from his book. Just wondering what yeast to use?

Wyeast have an Irish Stout but i am watching the pennies this time. So wondering what dry yeast would be good? Safale 04? Or a Muntons? Or there others that cab used?

Safe bet is s04 if your watching the pennies. Make sure you do a higher mash temp 68c or there abouts to make sure you have more body in ya beer (due to more unfermentable sugars).

Drinkin' - nowt, it's all gone
    Plannin'-
Loads a beer after an upgrade!
