I pulled the last pint from one of my kegs tonight.
We can't be having that now can we?

My last couple of brew have been quite malty, and I'd like to move towards something more Hoppy.
Not IPA Hoppy (I'm still recovering from my last IPA).

I was actually thinking steam beer:
http://www.beersmith.com/blog/2008/06/11/steam-beer-and-california-common-recipes-beer-styles/

But maybe not crystal malt though.
I was thinking more cara Red, or British Cara malt.
Nothern brewer Hops
Wyeast 2112

Or maybe a cream ale. or an oatmeal stout (called 10W40), or an irish red, or an IPA, or a wheat, or a pale ale, or a bitter...........................?

Sounds like you are a little unsure what to brew....

If stocks are getting low then I would go for a safe option, something that you've brewed before and know its good. Maybe a hoppy pale?

Planning: IPA of some kind + another bitter + Xmas Beer
    Fermenting: FFF Moondance
    Conditioning: I can't remember (Porter)
Drinking:Turbo Cider, Ringwood 49Er Clone, Summer Lightning, Elderflower Champagne

:o) Excellent .. pretty much anything then!

I'm gearing up for brewday on Saturday and doing a stout for a change. Good luck with whatever you decide on!

    When is brewday?

Beer will get you through the times of no money better than money will get you through the times of no beer

    Conditioning/Driking - Tony's Twibute
    Fermenting - GW's 49er
    Planning - An IPA
Planning - Some type of lager
Planning - A hoppy full bodied ale of sorts!

No worry about stock getting low Greg.
I'll have at least 5 gallons to tide me over.

As you've probably picked up form my post I'm really considering a steam beer.

In fact check the recipe section later.
    I'll put something in there.

I suggest a research trip! Buy a few bottles of stuff you might make and see which one you really like. Also check out Extreme Brewing by Sam Calagione. Mental!
