Don't know if this is any use to any fellow brewers from the Fareham Area regarding water treatment?

CRS - (ALKALINITY)
reduce to beer style

Alkalinity 291 average

Bitter upto 50 ppm
Mild 100-150ppm
Porter/Stout 100-150ppm
Pale Lager/Golden ale upto 30ppm
1.40 Ml CRS per litre req - BITTER
0.90 Ml CRS per litre req - MILD
0.90 Ml CRS per litre req - PORTER/STOUT
1.51 Ml CRS per litre req - PALE LAGER

Increase to Beer Style

107 mg/l calcium average

Bitter 180-220 ppm
Mild 90-110 ppm
Porter/Stout 100-120 ppm
Pale Lager/Golden ale 100-120 ppm
0.6 G DLS per litre req - BITTER
Do not Add any DLS - MILD
Do not add any DLS - PORTER/STOUT
Do not add any DLS - PALE LAGER/GOLDEN ALE
