Not really 'forum' comments but this seems the most apt place.
Might it be worth adding short tutorial videos to the shop/forum.
Whilst there are lots of written instructions out there for everything from the beer kits upwards, sometimes just being able to see how to do it helps (silly little things, but, showing how to 'vaseline the keg lid' would make much more sense if you could see someone do it eg, where in the lid, how much to put on etc etc.)
With the right logos it can help drive traffic/customers to your site as well.

Video tutorials, now that's a cool idea, though i'm biased as it's what I do for a job.
In the Barrel - Golden Ale (woodfords)
In the Fermenter - Elderflower wine
Drinking - Nothing home made
