Turbo yeast
Hello, been a while! Hope everyone is well
I'm looking to make some strong booze. I've been reading up and am pretty sure I know what I'm doing now.
Does anyone have experience using turbo yeasts? How about the essences to flavour them? I have a few ideas of what to do afterwards, but would appreciate hearing anyone's experiences
I've been looking at this:

Seems to be the way to go. Any input?

I used some Swedish turbo yeast to ferment some cider. It fermented 6 gallons of apple juice in 3 days and sounded like bacon and eggs frying on high heat.
It smelled pretty good during the ferment, a bit like those rosie apple boiled sweets but it left some nasty turbid liquid a bit like off milk/cottage cheese only yellowy-brown.
It took months to drop clear but I have to say it doesn't taste bad at all now.
Fermenting: Summer pale ale
Maturing/Conditioning: Marynka pseudo-lager
Drinking: Wheat beer, ESB, Vienna lager & shop bought stuff

haha sounds like fun!
I'd probably filter with carbon, am thinking that would make it nice and clear? I'm also reading a lot of these Turbo Yeasts are very clean. We'll see I guess, time for experimenting!
