Hi all. I've made a batch of Turbo Cider as per the recipe on this site. I've got as far as "Bottle in strong glass bottles adding 1/2 teaspoon of priming sugar to each."

How long does it need to sit in the bottles before it's ready to go? Sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm new to all this!

Not a stupid question! Needs to be in there at least 2 weeks but if you can wait that long you're a better man than I! Basically 2 weeks is about right but I usually sample after a week... Maybe slightly less. It'll take two for carbonation and 'clearing' but is drinkable before. Christ I waffled there a bit didn't I?

Not waffling, just covering everything. That's great, exactly what I wanted to know, thanks, you even gave a bonus answer for a question I didn't ask
