Have you transferred beer from your fermenter already?

    Hi Chris,

I cannot see it being a problem. I did that with my last brew i made up. I put my priming sugar in the keg let it do it it's stuff then filled some bottles up from there. Although i did put an extra 1/2 teaspoon of sugar in each bottle and it's worked a treat.

    Cheers
    Neil

    this is great news people!

yes i have transferred from fermenter to barrel with half teaspoon sugar per pint. going to leave in warmplace for 3 or 4 days and then put in the shed for 10 days or so... so after that you reckon just put a little more sugar in the bottle and it'll be fine? great stuff, i know what im giving my mate for his birthday then!
