Tomorrow's Brew - feel free to name!
This is the brew I promised the little woman for our anniversary. (cough)
Yet to be named (please feel free to suggest a name)
She wants a honey taste, but by all accounts that is just not possible with the gear I have here and the time I have to do it. If I'm lucky, some of the honey taste will survive!
Batch Size: 25.00 L
Estimated Color: 6.7 EBC
Estimated IBU: 33.2 IBU
4.00 kg Pale Malt
0.55 kg Wheat Malt
0.40 kg Munich Malt
25.00 gm Northern Brewer [10.50 %] (60 min)
20.00 gm Cascade [7.60 %] (35 min)
30.00 gm Williamette [6.70 %] (Aroma)
1.32 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 15.0 min)
0.68 kg Honey (2.0 EBC) To be added 5 mins from end of boil
1 Pkgs SafAle English AleS-04
Was going to use Nottingham, but it seems to ferment to a drier taste and I want to try and keep some residual sweetness/taste from the honey. Probably not possible, but have to try.
Probably won't do pics this time .. as they are all starting to look the same!

Hmm... well, from what arrived on screen I'd say it was more likely to be Billie Piper than Billie Holiday.
Honey to the B?
If that's right, then it's not a bad suggestion :o)
