Yeah I'm sure when England have the ball they are supposed to pass the ball to other England players and not the other team.

Still we got a great chance this year. Blah blah yadda yadda. Whatever! The amount of times Ive heard that every time theres a world cup!

The single biggest mistake an englishman can make is thinking 'this year we really have a chance, we can really do it!'

Difficult to comment without breaking posting and forum rules.

Think i'd rather have drunk a dodgy pint of Gr**ne K*ng IPA than watch that sorry sack of rubbish again.

My mother's favourite phrase is 'where there's life there's hope'. Even if it's about some 146-year-old auntie strapped to the persist-o-just_finish_writing_your_will-O-Tron-3000.
What that translates to is, you're still in the competition. It ain't over.

On a totally unrelated note, I took immense enjoyment out of the Mexico 2 - 0 Les cheats result.
Ireland may no longer have the troubles, but there's a hell of a lot of surplus irritation to be distributed.

(still sore about the Thierri handball - cough! - apologies to any French posters)

Plopleuk, just to bring this back to the subject at hand, I agree that the service and after-sales advice from Brew UK is of the highset calibre.

Hey that gives me a great idea for a clone brew - Kaliber! (Do they still make that???)

In all honesty i don't think there is a better website than this one. Greg you've done a sterling job so far and long may it continue too.

Valuable advice, great customer service is just the sort of thing the big companies should be but aren't doing.

    Can't recommend you all enough....!

I remember years ago in devon, pretty much at the end of the road really, there was a great little homebrew shop. It had wonderful smells which traveled right along the road and built up your enthusiasm (much the same way the smell of bread will get you excited as you approach the bakers.. maybe its yeast I'm in love with?)

Anyway... that shop always had everything, but what it had that made it really special was the man who owned and ran it. He knew everything and always made you feel welcome.

Greg, your site does everything that shop did all those years ago. There isn't a homebrew shop within 50 miles of this place but your place and what you've managed is to recreate a friendly online shop with all you could hope for.

Right enough brown-nosing now, this message will self destruct in 15 seconds.

You are all correct! Greg's a top bloke and the way him and his wife run it really raises the bar for (IMO) many online retailers. Like tony said its like having a great local shop but for everyone, everywhere.
