Sugar
I have my first Wherry under way, it's bubbling away very nicely. Can you please let me know what is the best sugar to use. Brown, Demerara, ordinary white?
regards
GG

It dosnt really matter as you only use a small amount to prime the keg/bottles so it wont affect taste so just use what ya got!
