St Georges Day..
On Friday it's St Georges day Englands patron saint...
What are people doing to celebrate? If indeed you do celebrate?
I will be having a couple of pints and a roast beef sarnie which has been a tradition i've had the past 10 years.
For England.... dear England...

I'm a Scot, but more power to ya! And the roast beef sarnie is always a winner.

Good on you!
I'll be raising a few glasses to the memory of the dragon killer!

Not of English origin myself but the following formula illustrates why you should be celebrating:-
Patron saint's day + FRIDAY = No excuses
I applied the same formula to Paddy's day this year and got a very different result:-
Patron saint's day + Wednesday = Just not worth it the next day
Enjoy!
Fermenting: Marston's Pedigree
Conditioning (Bottles): Warsteiner Lager Clone
Drinking (King Keg): Fullers London Pride
